Document volume and application complexity matter more than a package name. We confirm the fee before secure handover begins.

When we quote separately
We provide a written estimate for linked applications, business-owned policies, multiple insured lives, more than 45 form pages, extensive variable-income reconciliation, an accelerated deadline, or a need to review an amended form for a second time.
The estimate states the record limit, delivery date, and included return conversation. Nothing begins until you accept it.
Payment and changes
A 50% deposit reserves the review window; the balance is due when the issue schedule is ready. If the agreed records arrive late, we may move the delivery date rather than compress the reading. Additional documents that materially change the scope are priced before we continue.
No insurer outcome is guaranteed. The fee pays for the independent reading and issue schedule, whether the final application is submitted, delayed, changed, or withdrawn.
