The review route

From near-final form to clear issue schedule

A defined handover protects sensitive records and keeps responsibility for every answer in the right place.

Desk prepared for a structured document review

01 · Scope before documents

Use the contact form to tell us the policy type, approximate page count, review needed, and intended submission date. Do not attach or paste health, identity, bank, or policy records. We reply within one working day with availability and any scope questions.

We send the engagement scope, fee, privacy information, and approved transfer instructions. The applicant must know who will review the records and who may receive the issue schedule. Work starts only after terms, consent, and deposit are in place.

03 · The line-by-line read

The assigned reviewer follows conditional questions, dates, income descriptions, arithmetic, occupations, and cross-references. Each observation is tied to a location in the application. We do not silently rewrite the applicant’s answers.

04 · A ranked issue schedule

Items are grouped as simple correction, point needing clarification, or question to discuss with the insurer or another professional. This ranking describes the next action—not underwriting importance.

05 · Return and closure

During the included call, we walk through the schedule. The applicant and adviser decide what to update. Unless a different legal or contractual retention period applies, working copies are securely deleted according to the timeframe confirmed in the engagement notice.
