Acceptance and scope

By using this website you accept these terms. A review engagement begins only when Host Routecore issues a written scope and you accept it. Website information is general and is not financial, legal, medical, accounting, or underwriting advice.

Our service identifies incomplete, ambiguous, or internally inconsistent material in the records agreed in scope. We do not sell insurance, recommend cover, decide materiality, guarantee acceptance or terms, or replace the applicant’s duty to answer fully and honestly.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to provide the records, ensure the applicant understands the review, use the approved secure handover method, and verify all final answers. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the public contact form.

Fees, timing, and cancellation

Fees, deposits, record limits, and delivery estimates appear in the accepted scope. Timing begins when all agreed records and payment are received. Late or additional records may change delivery and price. Our refund policy forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Host Routecore owns the website text, visual design, and review format. After full payment, the client may use the issue schedule for the named application and share it with the applicant, appointed adviser, and relevant insurer. It may not be resold or represented as an underwriting decision.

Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fee paid for the affected engagement. We are not liable for an insurer’s decision, delayed submission, undisclosed or inaccurate client information, or indirect loss. Nothing excludes liability that law does not permit us to exclude.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties first seek good-faith resolution; South African courts have jurisdiction where resolution is not reached.

We may update website terms prospectively. The version attached to an accepted engagement governs that engagement. Questions may be sent to info@host-routecore.digital.
